This year’s Inside Out Festival park design for Curve Theatre, Leicester, had the feel of formal gardens. Cut paper birds flew along the vast expanse of windows, they became winged shoes and flew through the foyer towards the stage. You passed through sculptures, an Aviary and a tree lined walk before arriving at the stage.
